Deadly Delivery features a diverse roster of dangerous entities, each with unique behaviors and counter-strategies. Success requires understanding not just what each monster does, but how they interact with the environment and other entities. This guide is based on extensive in-game testing across 100+ runs, documenting exact damage values, spawn locations, and optimal counter-tactics.

The Bloomaw (Floor 6+)

The Bloomaw is one of the most dangerous entities, appearing as an innocent black cat before transforming into a violent monster. It targets the closest player and deals significant damage if it catches you. Counter Strategy: Flash your flashlight directly on it immediately when it appears. The light interrupts its attack animation. Found exclusively after Floor 6, making it a key threat in deep runs. Pro Tip: Always have a flashlight ready when entering new rooms on deeper floors.

Pit Maw (Floor Trap)

Pit Maws are stationary floor traps that emerge when players approach. They deal 30 damage and apply a stun effect, making you vulnerable to other threats. Counter Strategy: Drop a large item (like a food crate) into its mouth to temporarily disable it, or hit it with a Baseball Bat or Shotgun from a safe distance. Multiple players can coordinate: one person lures while another attacks. The Pit Maw stays active for approximately 10 seconds before retreating.

The Forsaken (40 Damage Threat)

The Forsaken is a line-of-sight based entity that deals 40 instant damage if it spots you and you break eye contact. This makes it extremely dangerous in areas with obstacles. Counter Strategy: Maintain continuous eye contact to stun it. Never turn your back or break line of sight. Work with teammates to cover angles - one person maintains stare while others search the area. If you must move, do so while facing the Forsaken. This entity often spawns in corridors where breaking line of sight is nearly impossible.

Human Mimic

Human Mimics disguise themselves as other players, making team coordination crucial. They attack when you get too close, dealing 20 damage. Counter Strategy: Observe behavior patterns. Real players move with purpose (toward items, elevator, teammates). Mimics wander aimlessly or stand still in suspicious locations. Always verify player identity through communication or behavior before approaching. If unsure, keep distance and observe for 10-15 seconds.

Fridge Mimic

Fridge Mimics hide as interactive objects, making looting dangerous. Opening from the front deals 20 damage. Counter Strategy: Always approach fridges from the side or back. Genuine fridges allow interaction from any angle, while mimics only trigger when opened from the front. Pro Tip: If a fridge is in an unusual location (middle of hallway, away from walls), it's likely a mimic.

Spawn Patterns & Floor Progression
